Bon Jovi guitarist will reportedly enter a rehab facilitythis week to deal with his long-standing drug abuse problem.  It will be Sambora's third stint at a rehab center.  The band has a concert scheduled for New Orleans on April 30th, and the band has not commented on whether that show will go on as planned.
