Rocker Prince called George Lopez's show Sunday night to announce he will be continuing his residency-style "Welcome 2 America" tour with a lengthy, 21-date stand at Los Angeles' Forum arena beginning April 14th.

"I will be starting a 21-night stand next Thursday the 14th at the L.A. Forum with [his band] the New Power Generation and a whole gang of special guests," Prince said. "I'm gonna blast the roof off that place, I promise!"  A representative for the pop singer later said that not all dates would be at the Forum and that a full list of the dates would be announced soon.

Prince, meanwhile, will appear on the Lopez talk show, which airs on TBS, on Wednesday to discuss the latest stop of the residency style tour.
