Pop superstar Christina Aguilera has received another bit of bad news, the singer, along with Sony Music has been sued over a sample used in her Top 10 hit, "Ain't No Other Man." The tune included a sample of the 1968 song, "Hippy Skippy Moon Strut," by Dave Cortez & the Moon People. The publishing rights to the song were published in 2004 by TufAmerica, who was never paid for use of the sample as Sony had struck a deal with Codigo Music and Clyde Otis Music Group to use the song. In the suit, TufAmerica is asking that the other, invalid agreement be voided and punitive damages, as well.
