The production company overseeing the trouble "Spider-Man" Musical on Broadway has reportedly been charged with three violations of workplace safety standards by the US Labor Department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The citations were handed out for four separate incidents in late 2010 that resulted in injuries to cast members. Fines for the violations add up to a reported $12,600.
