Pop superstar Christina Aguilera was arrested early Teusday morning for public intoxication. Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies pulled a vehicle over at 2:45 AM PT in West Hollywood, driven by Aguilera's boyfriend, Mattew Rutler. Rutler was arrested for DUI, and authorities determined the singer was too intoxicated to take care of herself. She was taken into custody and held until she was deemed sober enough to do so and released at 10:30 AM. Aguilera will not be charged in the matter, while Rutler was charged and a $5,000 bail was set.
