Pop superstar Britney Spears has announced a special concert to celebrate the release of her upcoming album, "Femme Fatale." The concert will take place March 29th, the same day the album hits stores, and will be televised on ABC's "Good Morning America." Spears announced the show in a 24 second clip that surfaced on YouTube over the weekend. Watch the clip below.
