Organizers of the New Orleans Jazz & Music Heritage Festival announced the lineup for the 2011 edition on Wednesday.  Among the headliners for this year's event are Bon Jovi, Kid Rock, Arcade Fire, Willy Nelson, Laurynn Hill, and more.  The 7-day festival will take place over two weekends, April 29th-May 1st and May 5th-8th at the Fair Grounds Race Course.  Tickets went on sale yesterday and can be purchased from Ticketmaster or the Festival's website.  Click Here to get more info or see a full breakdown of participating artists.
