Pop superstar Lady Gaga rang in the new year with a big announcement: the follow-up to her historically successful debut album will be hitting stores before 2011 is half over. "Born This Way", Gaga announced on Sunday, will arrive in stores May 23, 2011; and the album's first single and title track will debut on February 13th, according to the message Gag posted on Twitter.
