Rapper DMX has reportedly been placed in a mental health unit at the Arizona State Prison facility, Alhambra hwere he is currently serving a prison sentence. The rapper was sentenced to one year in the facility on December 16th after pleading guilty to violating his probation. This is the 13th time DMX has been incarcerated. His record includes more than 25 arrests in multiple states, and he has been convicted on 11 felonies and 15 misdemeanors.
