The owners of Michael Jackson's famed Neverland Ranch, Colony Capital, reportedly want to convert the estate into a music school similar to New York City's prestigious Juilliard School. The group is currently seeking the approval of Santa Barbara County and the Jackson Estate to move forward with their plans.
