After a four year absence Avril Lavigne announced yesterday her long awaited album, "Goodbye Lullaby" will finally arrive in stores March 8th.  The follow-up to her successful third album "The Best Damn Thing," the album features contributions from Butch Walker, Max martin, and Lavigne's ex, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley.  The Canadian pop star will perform the album's first single, "What the Hell," as part of the "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" broadcast on ABC.
