Pop phenom Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lopez will reportedly be among Barbara Walters' annual "Most Fascinating People" list.  The pair will join Sarah Palin, Sandra Bullock, and the cast of "Jersey Shore" on the list, which will be revealed in its entirety during a television special on ABC on December 9th.
