Young Money rap star Lil Twist is currently working on a mixtape  that will reportedly feature pop phenom Justin Bieber's debut as a rapper.  Sources are saying that Bieber will rap over remixes of Travis McCoy's "Billionaire" and a Bruno Mars song.
