Breakout pop star Ke$ha has announced the dates for her first-ever North American headlining tour.  The "Get $leazy" tour kicks off Bebruary 15th in Portalnd, Oregon and wraps up May 6th at the Wiltern in Los Angeles, California.  Click Here for the dates.  Tickets go on sale to the general public November 19th, but fans who pre-order Ke$ha's new album, "Cannibal," or the "Animal + Cannibal" package at keshasparty.com will be given a special access code to pre-order the album on November 10th.
