Former teen heart throb and "Partridge Family" star David Cassidy was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Florida on Wednesday night. The Florida Highway Patrol stopped Cassidy because he was weaving, and Cassidy admitted to having a glass of wine at lunch and a hydrocodone. When officers spotted a half-empty bottle of bourbon in the back seat, they administered a field sobriety test, which Cassidy failed, along with two breath tests. Cassisdy posted bail and was released early Thursday.
