A woman is accusing Motley Crue vocalist Vince Neil of assault, alleging Neil grabbed her arms in a Las Vegas elevator. The singer was not arrested, but statements were taken from the woman and two others.
In a separate case, Vince Neil is due in a Vegas courtroom on Sept 27th for a misdemeanor drunken driving charge, after being stopped for driving his Lamborghini 60 mph in a 45 mph zone.
