Elvis Costello announced the release date yesterday for his new album, "National Ransom". The follow-up to the legendary singer/songwriter's 2009 album, "Secret, Profane, & Sugarcane",  the album was produced by T-Bone Burnett and features collaborations with Buddy Miller, Leon Russell, Vince Gill, and Marc Ribot.
