Amy Winehouse announced yesterday she intends to have a new album in stores by next January, at the latest. In an interview with Metro UK, the singer said:
"The album will be six months at the most. It's going to be very much the same as my second album, where there's a lot of jukebox stuff and songs that are... just jukebox, really."
Winehouse's last album, 2006's "Back to Black", sold more than 2.2 million copies in the US alnoe and took home 5 Grammy Awards. Winehouse has been dealing with drug addiction and resulting health issues, making her a popular target of the tabloid media.
