The BBC announced yesterday plans for a 90 minute television documentary about the famous 1985 "Live Aid" concert and record which raised money to combat widespread famine in Ethiopia. The concert was organized by Bob Geldof, and the film will follow Geldoff from the moment he decided to undertake the project through the concert / telethon, which was seen by an estimated 1.5 billion people and was held in both Philadelphia and London, raising millions to help feed the hungry. The film, titled "When Harvey met Bob," will air on BBC 2 and Irish RTE this fall.
