Star rapper Drake (aka Aubrey Drake) has been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Playboy Enterprises. Also named in the suit are Universal Music Group and Cash Money Records. The suit claims that one of Drake's songs from his debut contains sampling from a song entitled "Fallin' In Love" by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds, which is listed as the property of Playboy Enterprises.
