Wu-Tang Clan member Clifford Smith, better known as Method Man, plead guilty to a tax evasion charge in New York state yesterday and wrote a check out for the final $40,000 of a reported $106,000 owed for unpaid taxes from 2004 -2007. The actor / rapper was sentenced to a conditional discharge, meaning the charges will be expunged from his record if he stays out of trouble.
