1980s teen pop idols Tiffany and Debbie Gibson will reportedly co-star in an upcoming movie entitled "Mega Python vs. Gatoroid". The film will be broadcast on the Syfy Network as part of its Saturday night original movie series. Both have appeared previously in Syfy originals, but never together.

Gibson will play a fanatical animal-rights activist who frees illegally imported exotic snakes from pet stores, sending them into the Everglades, where they grow to mega sizes. Tiffany will play an overzealous park ranger who uses dangerous methods to save endangered alligators. The film will begin shooting in July and will be aired next year.
