Grammy-winning soul vocalist Maxwell has postponed a string of tour dates after his July 26th show in New York City. Rumors have circulated on the internet that the cancellation has occurred because of ill will created between Maxwell and his opening acts Jill Scott and Erykah Badu, who have been performing over their allotted time and cutting into Maxwell's set. As of now, no comment or acknowledgement of the rumor, from any artist. New dates for all the cancelled shows will be announced later in the year.
