American fans of the legendary San Francisco thrash bands Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, and Megadeth, disappointed by the announcement of Big Four tour dates (all seven dates announced are in Europe); received a bit of good news yesterday. A company called BY Experience will film the Big Four show at the Sonisphere Festival in Sofia, Bulgaria June 22nd and broadcast the feed via satellite to select movie theaters around the world. The entire set of each band (75 minutes for Metallica, 45 minutes for the other 3) will be braodcast. Tickets for US theaters are already on sale and tickets for theaters worldwide will go on sale May 28th. Click Here for ticket info or to find a participating theater in your area.
