Incarcerated rapper Lil' Wayne spoke to fans this week via a Youtube video of a phone conversation between Wayne and DJ Scoob Doo. Wayne of course promoted his upcoming DVD release, "Nino Brown 3", and talked about his life in a Riker's Island jail cell. Watch the video below.
