An executive from Texas, Kelcy Warren, recently purchased a ranch in Colorado for nearly fifty million dollars. So far, it is the largest real estate deal done in 2010. The ranch in near Pagosa Springs and includes lakes, a seven mile stretch of river, pool, forest and meadow areas, several guest cabins and a main residence log cabin.
When the ranch was originally list a couple of years ago, it was priced at $88 million and later reduced to $68 million. The ranch was purchased through a limted-liability company.
