After suffering from an emergency appendectomy last week, the reality tv star / singer, Bret Michaels, was once again rushed to the hospital. This time for an apparent brain hemorrhage.
The vocalist first began complaining of a severe headache and eventually was taken to the hospital where it was discovered that Michaels had bleeding at the base of his brain stem.
The Brain Aneurysm Foundation states, "a brain bleed can lead to becoming paralyzed, brain impairment, and even death. This is a very serious life and death medical emergency." More damage occurs the longer bleeding continues.
Bret's father has reported that his son is talking.
