Jay-Z and his business partner filed a lawsuit yesterday against Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz, alleging Ortiz named his Dominican nightclub after Jay-Z's chain of 4-/40 nightclubs. The lawsuit claims that Ortiz has visited Jay-Z's clubs several times and certainly knew about them.
