Apparently there is a Ho-Hum bandit and he recently robbed a bank in La Jolla, CA. The Citibank was located on Herschel Avenue and Wall Street. The robbery took place yesterday afternoon and according to the FBI, they believe it to be the Ho-Hum Bandit.
The Ho-Hum Bandit gets his namesake from his demeanor which is considered to be "plain and unassuming".
Description: white, 25 to 30 years old, and wore a green cap with writing, a green polo shirt and blue jeans. About 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown hair.
