Organizers of the upcoming Forecastle Festival in Louisville, Kentucky announced Widespread Panic and the Flaming Lips as headliners. The event is scheduled to take place at Louisville's Waterfront Park from July 9th to 11th. Festival officials have announced just over twenty acts so far, and promise to announce additional headlining acts and more than sixty acts total in April.
