Briab Oxman, an attorney representing the late Michael Jackson's father Joe, announced that the man plans to file a wrongful; death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray. Murray, who was serving as Jackson's personal physician at the time of his death, has already been charged with involuntary manslaughter in a criminal court.

"The continuous administration of drugs - that is Russian roulette, that is loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers," Jackson's attorney said.
