Guns n' Roses, Blink-182, and Arcade Fire have been confirmed for this year's Reading and Leeds festivals in England, scheduled for the weekend of August 27th - 29th. Also performing at both festivals will be Weezer, Paramore, Queens of the Stone Age; and, for the first time since they broke up more than six years ago, the Libertines.
