A lawsuit has been filed in a Los Angeles federal court by Andre Young (aka Dr. Dre) against Wide Awake Death Row Records. The suit alleges that Dre has not been paid royalties owed to him from his classic album, "The Chronic", since 1996 when he left then Death Row Records. The label has even re-issued the album and Dre was never asked for permission.
