Though enjoying a tremendous teen following there, teen pop star Miley Cyrus has never performed live in Spain. It was announced yesterday that that will change this summer when Cyrus takes part in the Rock in Rio Madrid festival, scheduled for two weekends (June 4-6,12-13). Cyrus joins Shakira, Rihanna, and Bon Jovi as the festival's headliners.
