It looks like former teen hearthrob Leif Garrett was once again arrested for heroin possession. The troubled singer was released today after making bail. Cops spotted Garrett on a subway platform where it was said that he was "sweating and shaking". From there, the police searched him and found that he was in possession of heroin. Garrett will face the current charges on February 24th.
The 48 year old singer was arrested in 2006 for the same thing and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, after he turned down an offer to enter a drug rehabilitation center.
