Reclusive rapper/soul singer Lauryn Hill surprised fans with a rare performance at New Zealand's Ragamuffin Festival. It was her first live performance in nearly three years. Check out the performance below. Sean Kingston, Julian Marley, and Shaggy also performed at the event.

Hill went "on hiatus" in the middle of 2008 after a run of shaky performances caused fans to demand refunds. She had been scheduled to perform at a couple of festivals in late 2008 and last Spring, but both appearances were canceled because of "personal reasons".
