Amy Winehouse pleaded guilty to charges of common assault and public disorder yesterday in a British Magistrates' Court. The former Grammy Award-winner struck a theatre manager back on December 19th and was arrested for the incident four days later. Winehouse was given a 2 year conditional discharge, roughly like probation in the US, and ordered to pay approximately $300 in fines and restitution. Should the singer get in trouble during the two year period, she could be given a jail sentence.
