Waylon Jennings' son, musician Shooter Jennings, has elicited the help of horror author Stephen King for his upcoming concept album, "Black Ribbons." The album is about a radio talk-show host named Will O' the Wisp, played by King, who's being phased out because of government censorship. He spends his last hour on the air ranting about the decline of America and plays music from an important band, Jennings' new outfit, Hierophant.
