Richie Incognito, starts his week off with a $50,000 fine. Richie was fined by the NFL for two unnecessary roughness fouls. During last Sundays 47-7 St. Louis loss, Incognito head butted Sen'Derrick Marks during the first half. Later in the same half Richie did the same thing to Vincent Fuller. After Richie did it coach Steve Spagnuolo. The Rams released Incognito on Tuesday and he signed with the Buffalo Bills on Thursday.
