The Washington Redskins have had a long absence of a general manager in their front office. The Redskins decided to fill this position with a familiar name known as, Bruce Allen. Bruce Allen is the son of Redskins hall of fame coach George Allen. He is the first person to be hired by Dan Snyder to hold the GM position.
