The Who's legendary frontman Roger Daltrey is in the midst of a solo tour across North America. Calling it the "Use It or Lose It" tour, Daltrey is reportedly undergoing the tour to get his voice in shape for an upcoming Who reunion tour, details of which are still being ironed out.
