Leona Lewis, the winner of the 2006 British television talent show, "The X Factor" in 2006, has announced her first tour of the UK and Ireland for May and June of 2010. The brief ten-stop tour will kick off on May 28th at the Sheffield Arena. Click Here for a complete list of dates. Tickets for all ten shows will go on sale November 27th. The singer just performed her first full concert earlier this month at the Hackney Empire in London.
"I can't wait to get out on tour and see everyone, I'm really looking forward to putting on a great show," the singer said in a statement. "I had such a fun night at my recent show at the Hackney Empire and it's given me a real taste for it. Over the last few years I've had some amazing experiences and sung in some really interesting places but it's going to be great to be able to perform all my own material on my very own tour. It's a dream come true."
Lewis' second album, "Echo" will hit stores in the UK on November 16th and the US on the following day. Her first album, "Spirit" has sold more than 6 million copies worldwide.
