Beginning on February 22nd of next year, Jay-Z will begin promoting his latest effort, "Blueprint 3", by adding a second leg of the tour. The tour will start in Houston, TX and end in Los Angeles, CA; more dates are expected to be added. Opening the shows will be Young Jeezy.
