Even as he awaits sentencing for gun posession charges in New York, rapper Lil' Wayne is being sued for copyright infringement, along with fellow Cash Money rapper Birdman. Thomas Marascuillo filed the suit in Manhattan on Friday alleging that Cash Money and the two rappers used some of his vocals on the rappers' joint album "Like Father, Like Son" in 2006. No comment has been made by anyone with Cash Money Records.
