Ben Roethlisberger, of the Steeler's, was recently accused of raping a woman at the Lake Tahoe Hotel/Casino. The accuser asked that the star quarterback donate money to a rape victim fund, however, she is not asking for any money herself.  The settlement offer was rejected.  Keep in mind that the accuser was actually accused of bragging about having sex with the Steelers quarterback.
