Michael Crabtree, the seventh NFL over-all draft pick from Texas Tech, will not accept the contract the 49er's have currently offered him. Crabtree says he is prepared to sit out the 2009 season and re-enter the draft in 2010, if he does not get fair market value. Something that resembles what Darrius Heyward-Bey (Oakland Raiders) received, a five-year deal at $38.25 million
