Lady Gaga tied Beyonce for the most nominations for MTV's Video Music Awards, which will be held September 13th at New York's Radio City Music Hall. The two were both nominated for the coveted Video of the Year Award (see all Video of the Year nominees below), along with Britney Spears, who earned seven nominations herself.
