Amy Winehouse was found not guilty of assault charges of assaulting a fan when the girl asked to take her picture after a charity ball in London, England's Berkeley Square back in September 2009.
Sherene Flash accused Winehouse of deliberately punching her in the face. Winehouse's attorneys argued that Winehouse was accosted by Flash, and that she was too short to have punched the taller woman in the face.
The judge said that there was not sufficient evidence that there was a deliberate punch thrown. "The charge is dismissed and the defendant discharged," he said.
