Legendary Canadian metal band Helix has tentatively titled its upcoming album "It's Rock Science, Not Rocket Science". Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "The Animal Inside", "When The Bitter's Got The Better Of You", "Sticks & Stones", "Vagabond Bones", "Hung Over But Still Hanging In" and "Monday Morning Meltdown". In addition, a cover of AC/DC's "It's a Long Way To The Top If You Wanna Rock And Roll" recorded by the early '80s lineup of the band will appear on the album. The song will also appear on an upcoming AC/DC tribute album on Perris Records.

The band has posted an 8 minute video clip of some behind-the-scenes footage of their experiences at the Rocklahoma Festival earlier this month. Watch the clip below.
