Sources say that Mr. Slater is "in negotiations" to star in the new ABC series, "Forgotten".  It is a mystery drama and if Slater takes on the job he will play a cop, whose little girl has been kidnapped.  He leads a band of amateur detectives in the hunt to find his daughter.
